Hello,
We have a user that, when asked if they want auto-archive their email, chooses OK. WHen they do this, it autoarchives, but creates another copy of the archive folder. The user now has seven copies of their archive folder in outlook. none seem to be any different from the others. We have trouble closing the other folders. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -- Thank you, Brian |
