When attempting to open Microsoft Outlook, I am getting the message as follows:
Failed to register a VB Script DLL, Reinstall or run Regsvr32.exe Vbscript, dll to self register. The form catch file C:\Documents ans Settings\Compaq_Owner\LocalSettings\ApplicationDat a\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT' is not valid. This problem as only occured since doing a parcial reinstall, up to that point was working fine, I have been into the knowledge database at microsoft, tried one or two of their fixs, but so far have not managed to fix the problem.
