I have installed Vista and Office 2007 (final release) and I was trying to
configure OUtlook to connect to our Exchange server. I first did the auto-configure which seemed to fill out all the fields correctly, except that it keeps prompting me for my username and password. I'm joined to the domain so I wouldn't think it should be doing that. Anyway, I type in the username and password and that didn't work either (keeps popping up). I tried as the username and I also tried DOMAIN/Username as the username. Neither worked. I'm not sure exactly how I should be troubleshooting as the same exact settings work fine on 2003 running XP. I also did trying to configure it manually but that didn't work either. Is there something on the Exchange server side that needs to be enabled in order for it to work with 2007? Thanks |
