I'm having the same problem.

I originally configured Outlook for my work's Exchange Server, but would
like to delete this profile and switch my Yahoo mail. I don't have any
trouble accessing my yahoo mail with Outlook Express.

How would I delete that Exchange profile?

No need to delete the entire profile, just the Exchange account in the
profile.

Control PanelMailE-mail Accounts.
