Hello,
After installing the office suite an outlook icon appears on the desktop of users. This icon is not in the filesystem on the desktop, but in the registry. HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-23454533-3456664-5566654-500\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Expl orer\CLSID\{002344-0000-0000-c000-000000046} The key is (default) and the data is the name of the icon. I cannot remove this icon with gpo's and don't understand the working of this method of placing icons on the desktop. Can you give me a tip ? Thnks Hans |
