In Outlook, I am pasting an image (as an enhanced metafile) into an email
that is sent to a large distribution list of both Outlook and Lotus Notes users. The individuals on Outlook have no problem viewing the email, but some of the Lotus Notes users are unable to view the image. It appears as a white screen. I'm not sure if this matters, but the users who are unable to view the image are in Asia. U.S. users do not seem to have a problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on what settings might need to be adjusted in either Outlook or Lotus Notes? Thanks for any help. |
