I have a situation where I have to dial into the server to access my mailbox.
There are two additional mailboxes that I am authorized to download, view, etc, as well. I have created three rules to move the contents of each mailbox into their own respective "inbox" on a PST. But for some reason the only rule that seems to be working is the rule for the primary mailbox. The only time the other two rules work is when I use the "run now" option individually on each mailbox. All three rules are active but the other two rules does not move the the items from the mailbox to the PST. Is there some thing inherent in Outlook 2002 that the rules created in the Rules Wizard only applies to the primary mailbox? Is there a work around that I can do to ensure the other two rules run automatically without me forcing the "run now" option? Thank you! |
