Default Outlook 2000 send from second account

I am running Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode. I have created two
services for two pop3 accounts. I can get e-mail from both accounts. It
always sends e-mail from one of the accounts. I wish to set it to send from
the other account. I don't want to switch to Internet Only which will allow
me to choose which account, I just want to send from the ther account only.
I'm sure there is a way, but I could use some help.

The "Send Using" feature (the down-arrow on the right side of the Send
button) doesn't work?

Outlook 2000 CW mode does not have that feature. It is only in IMO mode that the user can select the sending account on the fly.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Brian Tillman asked:
