outlook 2003, disable reading pane for user
Company owner wants folders created under inbox to mirror his profile, this
includes turning off the reading pane. Is there any way to disable reading pane for an individual user?

Modify the default view for the new folder (Messages is the default for mail folders) and any folder that uses that view will exhibit the change. -- Brian Tillman
