I have been successfully using Outlook 2002 on my Windows 2000 system for
dogs' years now. Recently, the "Send/Receive" process started hanging, causing me to have to power down (not just re-boot) my notebook PC. I've tried deleting and re-entering a profile in Control Panel / Mail, but when I go to "Test account settings" it once again hangs the heck out of my poor Thinkpad. (It hangs on the "Find outgoing mail server (SMTP)" step). CAn anyone help me please? |
