Default Cannot remove this filter "urn:schemas:httpmail:subject" LIKE '%Ne

I tried clear and it just keeps coming back. Don't know where it came from.
Help!
Compete filter is below. When you go to look at any mail folder nothing
shows you have to check the filter then click remove and then you can see
your messages. You click clear and exit come back and it is right back.

("urn:schemas:httpmail:subject" LIKE '%Newsletter%' OR
"urn:schemas:httpmail:textdescription" LIKE '%Newsletter%')

I hope someone can help.

Debbie

Thank you
