I am having problems setting up offline folders. We are currently running
office 2000 sp3, and Microsoft exchange server 2003. I am able to setup offline synchronization however everytime I go to close down Outlook it will prompt me for the username, domain name and password. When I supply the correct information it still keeps prompting as if I am inputting the incorrect information. When I cancell out of it Outlook does exist however when I try to reopen Outlook it will hang. I then have to go to the properties of Outlook on the advance tab and deselect "enable offline folders" in order to get Outlook to open again. Thanks in advance for your suggestions and solution. |
