I have outlook express on my cp and just placed outlook 2002 on because of
needing to place my pda software on it which includes 2002--now I have both
express and 2002 outlook---I cannot get the outlook 2002 to do anything
except show some files--it will not let me use it---what do I have to do?--I

Define "will not let me use it." Does a hand pop out of your computer and
slap you? Do the mouse buttons refuse to push? You've given no syptoms
that anyone can use to help you dioagnose the problem. Describe how you
configured Outlook afetr you installed it. Post the exact text of any error
messages you see. State what type of account you've tried to define and
exactly what you've done so far in an effor to correct the problem.
