Default Deleted Outlook

I was in the middle of an update for Outlook and my computer froze and had to
be restarted. After that, my Outlook won't open, it just says that the
folders can't be opened. I tried the repair and even reinstall feature and
that hasn't worked. I am desperate enough to unistall and reinstall, but will
I lose any work and is there an easier solution.

Creata a new mail profile and configure it to use your current Outlook store. Sounds like your profile got corrupted when you had to restart Outlook in the middle of an operation. Control Panel-Mail Icon-Show Profiles-Add. Do not copy your old profile - create a new one.
