Default how do I delete a toolbar from Outlook2002?

Norton Anti-Spam & Avery Wizard are showing up in my outlook as a seperate
toolbar for each - I have deleted them, but everytime I re-start they are
back. I have disabled the norton, but it still shows up. Is there a way I
can get rid of these blasted things??
