How do I set Outlook up to begin my reply after the question?
Surely in a product that's been around this long, there is a way to format it
so that the answer doesn't come before the question, and I'm just missing it. Thanks for your help. Dave Kelsen

With HTML or Rich Text messages, there's nothing you can do about it. For Plain Text, you can use this: http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/ -- Brian Tillman
