Default How do I delete Outlook EXPRESS as my default editor?

My computer has randomly decided to start using Outlook Express as the
default editor instead of Outlook. How do I switch it back? The tab in Tools
- Options - Other is already marked with "make Outlook my default editor...",
but that doesn't seem to be doing anything. Any suggestions?

Where is "Internet Options"? Is that in Outlook, Outlook Express or elsewhere?
