Default Rule limit Problem

We have 2 people now that are getting a msg that says "not enough memory to
perform this action" when adding new rules we have looked at the articles
that cover the error were getting. one article says there is a limit size on
rules which is 32kb PER folder one user has about 100 folders in the inbox
and only puts 1 rule per folder to move email to that folder she gets to
about 70 rules and it gives the error I figured its a limit but I need a way
around this since more people are starting to use more rules. I tried moving
the folders out side the inbox but it still gave the error also

Any suggestion are greatly appreciated

Default Rule limit Problem

All of an individual's mailbox rules are subject to the 32kb maximum. The reference to folders refers to folder assistant rules in public folders and is irrelevant to your scenario.

If you're using Outlook 2003, consider replacing rules with search folders. You also might want to start talking to management about upgrading to Exchange 2007, which will allow larger rule sets per mailbox.
