How can I import an Outlook ost file into a new Outlook 2003 account? I get
the message that the ost file is not a personal folder file. Thanks, Steve |

Assuming you are not using Exchange, I believe only third party utilities

We are using Exchange 2003.

If you're using Exchange, just connect and let the OST rebuild. It's just a cache of what's in the Exchange mailbox anyway. -- Brian Tillman |

What if the original Exchange account has already been deleted from the server?

If the account has been removed from the server but not from the client PC, then Outlook should be able to work in Offline mode and you can then copy the data to a PST and from there to another Exchange account. -- Brian Tillman |
