Hi All,

I have a strange problem. I found that a specific folder cannot be archived.
It appears to be successful, I can even found the corresponding folder in the
archive folders. However, the folder is empty, no emails were archived.

The strange thing is that all other folders can be successfully archived.

My version: Outlook 2003 SP2 with latest patches.
Sychronize with our enterprise Exchange server.

Any help will be great appreciated.

BTW: How do i get technical support from M$? We are using volumn licensing.
I do not have the support information.

It would appear, then, that the Modified dates of the items in this folder
are more recent than the archive date you've specified. Archiving does not
work on the Received date.

Thanks, Brian.

I recalled that the folder was created one or two days ago. And I set the
items oder than Dec 1 to be archived. That's why they are failed to be
archived.

Thanks for you reply.
