Can't turn on mail receipt options
When I use the Toos-Options-Email Options-Tracking path, the Tracking Options
box does not allow me to select options. It is set (and dimmed) to automatically process request and read and delivery receipts options are grayed and can't be selected. What can I do?

Oops, sorry Bill!
I 'm using Office Pro 2003 with Windows XP Pro. This is my home PC, but I run a virtual office from this unit. It is also the server for a home newtork with wired and wireless connections. I can select the mail tracking option for individual mail, but not the global command. I finally installed Office 2003, SP2 and it was working for a minute. Now it's back to where it was before.
