We are running Outlook 2003 in cached mode with Exchange Server 2003 SP2.
Some users are reporting that they are not seeing new additions to the Global Address Book. Others (also using Cached mode) see the changes just fine. I have tried the following: 1. Download the address book (Tools, Send\Receive, Download Address Book, uncheck the "Download changes..." and select Full Details) - Didn't work. 2. Delete the OAB files from the users having problems and regenerate them - Didn't work. However, they do see the address until I have them perform Step 1. Then they no longer see the address. Any help would be appreciated. Mike |
