Default How do I disable send/receive on a certain email account ?

Hello

I am using MS Outlook 2003, I have 3 email accounts set up so far and I want
to have exclusive privilege on one account, meaning that only I know the
password and only I want to be able to send and receive emails using that
account. Even though I did not provide any password in the logon information
box for this specific account, I have noticed that one can still send emails,
using this account, an action which I am trying to prevent.
I have even unchecked "Send mail items" from the "Send/Receive Groups"
options and changed this account from the default one to secondary account.
However, the situation remains: one can still send emails using this account.
You cannot receive, true, you have to type in the password, but you can still
send.
So, is there any way I can disable the send option on this specific account ?
Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.
