![]() Nearly a year ago, I installed Office 2003 on a new Citrix server with an mst file, creating a custom11.prf file. It worked great. New Citrix users automatically opened up to Outlook based on those settings in Custom11.prf. Now, it stopped working. Outlook opens to the configure screen and you have to type in the server name, etc.... What happened??!!! Is there a reason for this to fail? The file is in: \Program Files\Microsoft Office as one would expect it to be. I've tried restore a file from backup in case something happened to it. Any thoughts would be appreciated. |
