Default Outlook configuration

Is there a way that when I create a new user in Active Directory that I can
configure the Outlook set up prior to the user logging in? The way I do it
now, I create a new user and have to set up Outlook (server name, user name,
choose cached exchanged mode or not) after they login. If there is a way I
can do that prior to them logging in so they can just open up their outlook
and use their email that would be great. Is there a way???
