Default 2003 Automatically Adds Icon to Quick Launch

We have Outlook 2003 in our office.

We CAN remove the Outlook icon from the Quick Launch (Right-click Delete).
However when we next run Outlook it will put the icon back in.

It's driving us nuts....

Is there an option for this? (If so we can't find it!) or do we have to edit
the script. (If we do which script is it and where is it located by default?)

Many Thanks,
Adam
