Problem with Office on wife's login
I have Office 2003 installed on Windows XP Home, and it runs fine on my
login. When I switch to my wife's login on XP there are problems. Each time I try to open Excel or Word it shows the "Preparing to Install" message, and each time I try to open Outlook I get the message "The operation failed due to an installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall." I also tried to use the Detect and Repair function under "Help" while in Excel, and it started to load the file but then just failed. Any ideas???? Thanks.
