My user sends an email and the receipient's address has additional semicolons.

eg: Dave Barry [Finance] ;;;;

Not sure where to start troubleshooting.

If you were to add several addresses to a message and then decide you want
to remove some of the recipients, if the addresses are already resolved
(i.e., underlined), then deleting a recipient will leave the semicolon in
the recipient field, so you will see just what you describe. It's cosmetic.
Outlook will skip the extra semicolons.
