Hi,
My user sends an email and the receipient's address has additional semicolons. eg: Dave Barry [Finance] ;;;; Not sure where to start troubleshooting. Thanks for reading |

My user sends an email and the receipient's address has additional semicolons. eg: Dave Barry [Finance] ;;;; If you were to add several addresses to a message and then decide you want to remove some of the recipients, if the addresses are already resolved (i.e., underlined), then deleting a recipient will leave the semicolon in the recipient field, so you will see just what you describe. It's cosmetic. Outlook will skip the extra semicolons. -- Brian Tillman |
