I've set up outlook to receive an IMAP inbox. How do I set this to be my main
inbox? Currently the IMAP inbox is in a subfolder under the IMAP server name. Thanks. |

What you see is how an IMAP account works. The reason for this is that your
"real" inbox is on the IMAP server; what you see in Outlook is a mirror image of this. What you can do is create a rule to copy or move email from the IMAP Inbox to your local Inbox folder. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287574/en-us OL2002: How to Use an IMAP Account with Outlook 2002 Hal -- Hal Hostetler, CPBE -- Senior Engineer/MIS -- MS MVP-Print/Imaging -- WA7BGX http://www.kvoa.com -- "When News breaks, we fix it!" That link doesn't tell me how to create the rule, just tells me rules on IMAP
folders. Thanks. "Hal Hostetler [MVP P/I]" wrote: What you see is how an IMAP account works.
