I've been trying to track down a problem that is causing my Outlook to open
each morning in "Offline" status. The only way I have found to correct the problem is to do a detect and repair which establishes online status again. I'm having to do that every day and wonder if there is a log that would tell me what detect and repair is doing that is fixing the problem. I have suspected some sort of conflict with my Dell Axim PDA which was giving me an error message about multiple profiles. I reinstalled that software and eliminated the problem but still have the Outlook opening in Offline status problem. I am connected to an exchange server and running Windows XP and Office 2003. Thanks in advance for any replies! Pam |
