Default Can't get outlook to even open.

I just installed 2003 office pro. All programs are working with the exception
of outlook or outlook express. I would like to use outlook as that is what I
use at work. I talked to my ISP and they set me up as far as they could. If I
go into control panel and test it, it seems to test fine. But when I try to
use it from the start menu I get an error message.

That's a very descriptive error msg, which will help no end in diagnosing
the problem.

How about posting this ENTIRE error message so we have some clue as to what
might be happening

Thanks!

Hal the message read: Cannot start Microsoft office outlook. The set of
folders could not be opened. I hope that helps.

"The set of folders could not be opened" often indicates a problem with the
data (Personal Folders) file. What do you see under "Control
Panel|Mail|Data Files"?
