Default How to open Outlook and get mail without hitting Send/Receive

In the past when I entered Outlook my incoming messages loaded automaticly.
Since I had to reload Outlook 2003 after I enter my IN box I have to click on
Send/Recieve to recieve incoming mail. Where do I go to make the incoming
mail come in automaticlly?
Thanks.
Paul

Set an automatic polling interval in Tools Send/Receive Send/Receive
Settings Define Send/Receive groups.
