Hi,

Could you try checking if you receive the same error when opening Outlook
through the following command.

Start - Run - outlook /safe

If the above Outlook safe mode works, try disabling the Add-ins in Outlook
in the Normal Mode under the following path.

Tools -- Options -- Advanced -- Add-In Manager and disable the boxes
which are enabled. Close and restart Outlook.

Rgds,

Mittu

This message is caused by another program on your computer accessing
the Outlook object model to use your Outlook application to send
e-mails, access your contact list, etc... This is Microsofts security
fix for this issue apparently. In short, you can't stop it without A.)
using freeware that will open up your Outlook to various hacking/trojan
programs (by editing your registry I'm assuming)
or B.) Using some other method of sending email through the program
you're writing (if it's you writing it.)

If you choose B.) Use System.Net.Mail.MailMessage() and fill in the
many necessary parameters. You can also use CDOSYS to avoid these
pop-ups as well.
