I have a user whose Outlook 2003 is setup for several accounts. Her primary
account is, say, janDoe. Whenever new mail comes in to JanDoe, an alert comes up to show the new message, which of course is great. However, she also has a second mailbox open (via Exchange server setup, advanced "open these accounts...."). This account is generically named "credit". When new mail comes in to Credit, a pop up alert does not come up. Is it possible to set up outlook 2003 to show alerts when mail comes in on this account as well? |
