When adding a phone number to a contact, outlook automaticly adds a
parenthesis () around the first set of numbers, if the area code is typed and different from my current location. (We live in Denmark (+45)) Examples: Typing: "12 12 12 12" lists "12 12 12 12" (This is ok) Typing: "+45 12 12 12 12" lists " +45 12 12 12 12" (This is ok) Typing: "+46 12 12 12 12" lists " +46 (12) 12 12 12" (This is NOT ok) Typing: "+44 12 12 12 12" lists " +46 (12) 12 12 12" (This is NOT ok) What I want it to be: Typing: "+46 12 12 12 12" lists " +46 12 12 12 12" Typing: "+44 12 12 12 12" lists " +44 12 12 12 12" I need it to list the number as I type it - no auto format. How can I control that in Outlook XP and 2003 ? Regards Jan |
