I have recently started using Outlook 2003 for e-mail (previously Outlook
Express). I am repeatedly getting a message, when an incoming mail is viewed (particularly from one sender), to insert Office 2000 Premium disk in order to access a feature I am trying to use. All I want to do is view the message. If I cancel the message I can read the e-mail, but I am concerned that there is a basic problem. I do not have an Office 2000 Premium disk and would not want to install anything from Office 2000 as we are running Office 2003. Any ideas how to stop the error messages? -- Sarah |
