Outlook calendar publishing via WebDAV

Default Outlook calendar publishing via WebDAV

I was wondering if there is any way to up the default publishing
interval from 1 hour to say 5/10 mins? Also do the subscribing clients
check every sned/recieve, or do they also have an interval?
