Default Outlook 2003 requesting data from global catalog server

Hello we are in a Exchange 2003 server environment and I have several
clients coming up with a pop up message that Outlook 2003 is requesting data
from our global catalog server rather than the Exchange server name? Anyone
have any ideas about this?

Thank you
Garry
