Default How do I open up Outlook 2007 with BCM on my upgrade to Of Pro 07

Outlook 07 w/ BCM will not open as all other programs did after upgrade to
office pro 2007.. How do I resolve the the 2 red x boxes saying extension
failed, can not open, do not have permission, doesn't exist, can not open
default, may be in another program & or access denied?
