Default can't open outlook after re-install

YES.....That is exactly correct.......so simple.....OMG...Just add another
profile. Make sure when you open Control Panel that it is set in "Classic
Style" I had the same problem and didnt look here but contacted Microsoft. I
had upgraded to Office 2007 and DID NOT like it. I then uninstalled it then
reinstalled 03 version. When I did that, It erased my profile from 03.
So.......Step 1 - Go to Control Panel...Step 2 - Click the mail Icon...Step
3 - Click Data Files....Step 4 - Click add....u see where I'm going....when
done there.....Set up your mail accounts that way before you enter
Outlook...My Error message said "Unable to open your default e-mail folders.
Outlook could not start because a data file to Send/Recieve could not be
found. To ADD a data file, such as a personal folder file, double click the
mail icon in Windows Control Panel"....Cost me $49 to get an answer from
Microsoft.....I should have looked here.......DUH

I had to re-insyall my operating system, and then office 2003. Now I can't
open outlook (it says unable to open the default mail folders). Then outlook
shuts down. How can I set up my mail again?
