I purchased the Office Standard 2007 upgrade package. I had previously had
Outlook Express. The 2007 Outlook did not upload; why not? |

Outlook Express is not a product eligible for upgrade with Outlook 2007. Office Outlook and Outlook Express are unrelated applications. If you had no previous version of Office Outlook, you'll need the full version of Outlook 2007 if you want to install it, not the upgrade version. -- Brian Tillman |
