Default e-mail settings

I just switched from Outlook 2003 to 2007. There are two of us using the
computer. In all previous versions of Outlook I have been able to use
different colors for messages coming to each of us. Now, messages come to
either of us in both colors, with no rhyme or reason. I can not make the
organizing wizard correct this situation. Specifically, I can change the
color for the immediate message but it does not carry over to subsequent
messages. Any ideas? Thanks

On the View menu, click Current View, then Define Views. Select the view
you're using and click Modify, then the Automatic Formatting button. You can
set up your color rules there, and they should stick.
