Default how do I open office in a maintenance mode

i am receiving an error message that there is no office assistant installed
in the system and to open in maintenance mode to install one. How do I do
this

Default how do I open office in a maintenance mode

version of office? which operating system?

typically you'd rerun setup and install the assistants, but without knowing
the version of outlook and the os you are using, we can't say if it's
something else.

i have windows xp and office 2003 teachers edition
