Default Force NTLM Outlook

How can I force NTLM Authentication on all new Outlook Profiles? I looked
through the CustWiz.exe and GPO settings but couldn't find anything.
Assuming that doesn't exist, anyone know the registry setting that controls
this?

I'm setting up a terminal server w/ Outlook 2003 to connect to an Exchange
Server on the same logical network, but not in a trusted domain.
