Default How do i set up TLS in Outlook 2003

I am currently trying to use outlook 2003 to connect to a mail server that
uses TLS authentication. Never the less i see no option in the account
configuration as to enable that authentication. How can i fix this? Or must I
upgrade to Outlook 2007 that fully supports TLS?

Are you authenticating to the outgoing server? Have you enabled diagnostic
logging to see what's going on between Outlook and the server?
