cannot find rules and alerts in OUTLOOK
Hi all,
I have Office 2003, validated by MS, in Outlook I want to set up folders so the recieved mail is sent directly to certain folders, but for the life of me I cannot find "rules and alerts" in th TOOLS menu. Any help please. Fareed

You missed a really simple step - menus are context sensitive. So first
select the Inbox. Then Tools| Rule and Alerts.
