Probably after some automatic (security) updates, I cannot longer use
Outlook. When Outlook starts, it asks for PRO11.MSI, but that file is neither on my system nor on the installation CD. Does anyone have a suggestion what to do? Thanks in advance ! |

PRO11.MSI is a hidden file on the CD.
Outside of that & depending on how Office/Outlook 2003 was installed, there might be a hidden folder on your hard drive called MSOCache. This is where parts of the CD are cached so Office/Outlook 2003 can repair itself without having to ask for the CD. If this folder is corrupt, you will have to use the Local Installation Source Tool (LISTool) from Microsoft to get this folder deleted/rebuilt. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en wrote in message oups.com...
