Hello!
Our users have 2 different exchange servers for them. Our old one (mail_old) and a new (mail_new) one that is hosted at another location. We updated the office versions for the mail_new users to 2003 to use the cached mode. 1. Now some moved users "lose" the mail_new server and have the mail_old server in there setting. (cant change them even with control setting) 2. When the new users try to use Out of Office assistent they get a crashed (looped) Outlook or a disabled outex.dll and not a working out of office. How can i change the mail server "by hand" and get the Out of Office working? Thank you |
