In Outlook 2003, the column that's being sorted is a light gray color. I
can't see it very well and would like to change the light gray to another darker color. Where do you set that color? |

there is no way to change it, other than by changing the windows color
schemes, which will affect more than just the sort column color. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "BarryJ" wrote in message ... Diane, Thank you for the response. I was thinking along those lines and did
the following: Right clicked on the Desktop Chose Properties Chose Appearance Chose Advanced Looked at every color combination in the list of choices (3D Objects - Windows) I did change the one for "Selected Items" to Yellow/Black However, I couldn't find a combination for any of the choices that changed the Sort column color in Outlook. I googled everything I could think of trying to find what value sets the color for the sort column, but no luck. That's when I left the post in the MS Forum. Any more ideas? Even if not - Thank You for the response.
