Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Personal Folders Backup add-in Probl
Hi,
I installed the above add in but cannot find it after installation. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238782/en-us the website says that it would be on the file menu but i cannot see it, can some one tell me where i am going wrong please?

If not, click Add, browse to %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins\Outbak.dll (or it might be Office11), select it, and click OK. OK out of all dialogues, stop and restart Outlook. I am having the same problem. Outlook 2003 w/ XPPro sp3. Installed OLBU module but it is not showing in the file drop down menu. Any more ideas?
